Are estimates really free?
Yes. We’ll assess the work and give you a clear price with no obligation and no charge. For many jobs, a few photos texted to us are enough to get you an accurate number the same day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cornerstone Property Services is licensed and insured. We’re happy to provide documentation before work begins.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Bay County, Walton County, and Gulf County — including Panama City, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Santa Rosa Beach, the 30A communities, Freeport, and Port St. Joe. We also regularly take work outside that area, particularly around Destin. If you’re nearby, call and ask.
Do I need to be home when you do the work?
For most exterior work, no. We’ll confirm the scope with you in advance and send photos when the job is finished. Where access is gated or restricted, we’ll usually want you or a representative on site at the start.
What happens to the wood and debris?
It leaves with us. Brush and limbs go through the chipper, larger wood is cut down and hauled off, and the ground is raked and blown before we go. If you want the rounds left for firewood or a slab kept back for milling, say so before we start and we will stack it where you want it.

Yes. We handle storm and hurricane cleanup across Bay, Walton, and Gulf County — downed trees, hanging limbs, and the debris left behind once the weather passes.
How soon can you get to my property?
We can usually get out to look at the property the same day or within a couple of days. Once you approve the estimate, the start date depends on your schedule and ours — we’ll agree a window with you rather than leave you guessing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Just about anything: card, cash, Cash App, and Venmo. We also offer financing if you’d rather spread the cost of a larger job.
