Taking it down, not just hauling it
A shed is a demolition job with a haul-off attached
Most people call about a shed when it has already started going — a rotten floor, a roof letting water in, or a carport that came down in a storm and has been sitting there since. It is not really a junk removal job. It has to be taken apart safely first, and then everything has to leave.
We handle both halves: dismantle the structure, then clear the site. Sheds, carports, old decking, fence runs, pergolas, small outbuildings and play structures. Where something is unstable we take it down in a controlled order rather than pulling it over and hoping.
What is underneath matters as much as the structure. Old sheds sit on slabs, piers or timber bases, and there is usually a layer of whatever was stored inside. Tell us what you know when you call and the estimate will be closer.
Three things that decide the price
What it is made of
Timber comes apart quickly. Metal, asbestos-era panels and anything with a concrete base are different jobs — flag it and we will assess properly before quoting.
What is still inside
Most sheds are full. Clearing the contents is usually part of the work, so mention it rather than leaving it as a surprise on the day.
The base underneath
Slab, piers or timber. Whether the base comes out too is your call, and it changes both the price and how the ground is left.

Questions
Common questions
Do you clear what is inside the shed too?
Yes, and it is usually part of the job. Tell us roughly what is in there when you call so it is in the quote rather than a surprise.
Does the concrete base come out as well?
It can. That is a separate decision and it changes the price and the state you are left with, so we will ask rather than assume.
My carport came down in a storm. Can you deal with it?
Yes. A partially collapsed structure is taken apart in a controlled order — that is the safe way to do it, and it is exactly the sort of job we do after a blow.
Can you price it from photos?
For a small timber shed, often yes. For anything structural, collapsed or with an unknown base we would rather look at it, and the estimate is free either way.
What about older panels that might contain asbestos?
If there is any doubt we will stop and tell you, because that needs specialist handling and testing rather than a junk crew. We will not guess with that.
What payment do you take?
Card, cash, Cash App and Venmo, with financing available on larger jobs.
“I am BEYOND pleased with the work these guys did for my yard!! I’ll definitely use them over and over!!!”
