Estate Cleanouts
Estate cleanouts in Bay, Walton, Gulf & Okaloosa County
Clearing a family home after a death or a move into care. Handled at whatever pace you need, by people who understand it isn’t just furniture.
How We Work
There’s no rush on our side
Most people calling us about an estate are dealing with something harder than the cleanout itself. We try to make this the easy part.
You Set The Pace
Some families want it done in a day. Others need weeks and several visits. Both are fine and neither costs you more in dignity.
We Go Room By Room
Nothing gets grabbed and binned. Working systematically is how photographs, documents and jewellery don’t end up in a truck by accident.
We Set Things Aside
Anything that looks personal or valuable gets put to one side for you to look at rather than thrown. Tell us what matters and we’ll watch for it.
Donated Where We Can
Furniture and household goods still worth using are donated. For a lot of families that matters more than the money.
Out-Of-State Is Normal
Plenty of executors aren’t local. Hand us a key, and we’ll send photos as we go and when it’s finished.
Ready For Sale
House, garage, shed and yard, left swept and presentable for a realtor or a buyer.
The Process
How an estate cleanout runs
01
A Conversation First
Call us. We’ll talk through the property and the timeline before anyone quotes anything.
02
Walk It Together
If you’re local, walk it with us and point out what stays. If not, a video call works.
03
Written Price
One figure and a realistic timeline. If it needs several visits we’ll say so.
04
Cleared And Photographed
Swept, presentable, and documented so you can see it wherever you are.

Questions
Estate cleanout FAQ
We’re not ready yet. Can we call and just talk it through?
Yes. Plenty of people call us weeks before anything happens, just to understand what’s involved. There’s no obligation and we won’t chase you.
What if we haven’t been through everything?
That’s the normal situation. We work room by room and set aside anything that looks personal or valuable for you to check rather than making the call ourselves.
Can you work with an executor or attorney?
Yes. We’re used to dealing with executors, attorneys and realtors, including when the family isn’t local.
What happens to everything?
Anything still usable is donated. The rest goes to the appropriate disposal facility. Nothing is fly-tipped and nothing goes anywhere it shouldn’t.
How much does an estate cleanout cost?
It depends on the size of the property and how much is in it. For estates we’d always rather walk the property before quoting so the figure is real.
Can you work around a closing date?
Yes, and tell us the date early. Estate sales usually have a deadline and we plan backwards from it.
