Tree Service
Tree service across Bay, Walton, Gulf & Okaloosa County
Removals, trimming, palms, stumps and storm damage — handled by a crew that plans the drop before the saw ever starts. Licensed, insured, and local.
What We Do
Every kind of tree work, one crew
Most tree jobs on the Gulf Coast aren’t just one thing. A removal leaves a stump. A storm leaves debris. We handle the whole job rather than leaving you to find someone for the rest of it.
Tree Removal
Safe removal of trees of any size, including tight-access drops near pools, fences and structures. We plan the fall before we cut.
Learn MoreDangerous & Overhanging Trees
Trees over roofs, pools and fences. Our climber takes them apart from the top and rigs every section down — nothing gets dropped.
Learn MoreTree Trimming
Pruning that improves a tree’s health, shape and safety — not just a haircut. Deadwood out, structure kept.
Learn MorePalm Tree Trimming
Palms need different treatment from hardwoods. Fronds, seed pods and boots cleared without over-pruning the crown.
Learn MoreStump Grinding
The stump is half the job. We grind below grade so you can sod, plant or build over it.
Get a PriceStorm Damage Cleanup
Downed trees, hanging limbs and debris after Gulf Coast weather. We clear it so you can get back to normal.
Get a PriceLand Clearing
Lots and acreage cleared for building, fencing or reclaiming ground that’s gone wild.
Learn MoreTree Transplanting
Moving an established tree rather than losing it — possible far more often than people assume.
Learn MoreYard Debris Removal
Limbs, brush and yard waste hauled away, whether we cut it or you did.

What a Cornerstone tree job looks like
Two trailers, a full crew, and a street left clean. Tree work isn’t finished when the tree is down — it’s finished when the debris is gone and you’d never know we were there.

“…They were absolutely the best in over 26 years of having trees done. They were professional, reliable, reasonable and very pleasant to deal with! Their communications were spot on.”
Why Cornerstone
Tree work is the part of property care that goes wrong expensively
A dropped limb through a roof or a fence costs more than the job did. That’s why the planning matters as much as the cutting.
Licensed & Insured
Documentation available before work starts. Ask — we’d rather you did.
We Plan The Drop
Pools, sheds, fences, play sets, neighbouring roofs. The route down is decided before the saw starts.
We Clean Up
Debris hauled, ground raked. The job isn’t done until the site is clean.
Locally Owned
We live here. Our reputation is built one Panhandle street at a time.

Questions
Tree service FAQ
How much does tree removal cost?
It depends on four things: the size of the tree, how close it is to anything that could be damaged, how much room we have to work and drop, and whether the stump and debris go too. A tree in an open field and the same tree between a pool and a fence are very different jobs. Send photos and we’ll give you a firm written price at no charge.
Do you take the stump as well?
We can. Stump grinding is a separate part of the job, so tell us up front whether you want it — it’s cheaper to do while we’re already on site than as a return visit.
What happens to the wood and debris?
It goes wherever it genuinely belongs. Most goes to the appropriate disposal facility, anything needing special handling goes where it should, and anything still useful gets donated rather than landfilled.
Are you insured for tree work?
Yes. Cornerstone Property Services is licensed and insured, and we’re happy to provide documentation before work begins. With tree work in particular, you should ask this of anyone who quotes you.
Do you handle storm and hurricane cleanup?
Yes — downed trees, hanging limbs and the debris left behind, across Bay, Walton, Gulf and Okaloosa County.
How soon can you get out?
Usually the same day or within a couple of days for an estimate. Once you approve it, the start date depends on your schedule and ours — we’ll agree a window rather than leave you guessing.
Do I need to be home?
For most tree work, no. We’ll confirm the scope with you in advance and send photos when the job is finished.
