Tree Service & Junk Removal on Cape San Blas, FL
Tree work, palm trimming and rental turnover clearouts on Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Licensed and insured.

Local knowledge
A narrow peninsula, and everything on it is exposed
Cape San Blas is a strip of sand with the Gulf on one side and the bay on the other, and nothing on it is sheltered. Wind and salt come from both directions, which is hard on planting and hard on anything with a shallow root plate. Sand pines here lean, palms lose fronds constantly, and ornamentals that would be fine a few miles inland struggle badly.
Almost everything is a vacation rental or a second home, much of it raised on pilings, and most of the properties are reached from a single road. That has practical consequences: we plan the work around access and around your booking calendar, and we would rather bundle several properties into one trip than make the run repeatedly.
The most common calls are palms and debris. Fronds and pods over decks, walkways and parking areas, and the clearing out that happens between guests or at the end of a season.
What the Cape is like to work on
Exposed from both sides
Wind and salt off the Gulf and the bay. Leaning pines and stressed ornamentals are normal here rather than unusual.
Palms over decks
Fronds and seed pods above raised decks and walkways. A falling frond from that height is a real hazard.
One road in
We plan around access and your bookings, and prefer to group several properties into a single trip.

Questions
Cape San Blas — common questions
Do you come out to the Cape?
Yes. It is one of the longer runs we make, so we prefer to group work into a single trip where we can. If you and a neighbour both need something doing, mention it — it usually works out better for both of you.
My pine is leaning. Is that normal here?
Leaning is common on the Cape because of the wind and the sandy root plate, and a lean on its own is not automatically a problem. What matters is whether the lean is new, whether the ground is lifting on the opposite side, and what is underneath it.
How often do palms need doing here?
More often than inland. Constant wind means fronds and pods come loose faster, and where they hang over a raised deck or walkway it is worth staying ahead of it.
Can you work between rentals?
Yes, and on the Cape that is usually the only option. Give us the window and we will tell you honestly whether the job fits.
Will you clear a property at the end of the season?
Yes. Furniture, mattresses, accumulated bits and outdoor items, cleared and disposed of properly.
What payment do you take?
Card, cash, Cash App and Venmo, with financing available on larger jobs.
